[Diplomacy] The Third Belt and Road Forum: The Caucasus

June 8th, 2021
Beijing, China
The reality is that China does not have the military power that the United States and Russia bring to the world stage, nor do we have decades of Cold War influence that have carved out spheres of influence in the forms of economic unions, alliances, and buffer zones. However, we have the greatest weapons of all on our side: time, and an artificially-devalued currency that allows us to perform what Western economists refer to as "black magic." Our system has confounded the West and its brightest minds for years, and they will continue to scratch their heads as the honorable and powerful People's Republic exercises our soft economic power to carve out our own spheres of influence across the world.
Debt is a loaded gun with a hair trigger, a time bomb with a broken clock. There is a reason moneylenders were so hated all throughout human history -- they held power over their debtors, real power. In a world that is becoming increasingly dominated by the multilateral alliance of NATO and the lone Dragon, we must build a multinational web of our own. We do not have natural allies as do the Americans and Europeans, and many around us do not trust us enough to sign onto a permanent military alliance. However, we can slowly bring the nations of the world to appreciate us through copious investments. And it is through these investments that we will make these countries dependent upon us for growth, so that they may one day repay our kindness with a favor of our own request. The greatest minds of China, including Paramount Leader Xi Jinping, Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank President Jin Liqun, and Silk Road Fund Chairwoman Jin Qi have determined that this is our path forward, and we will follow it to the glorious destiny that awaits us.
The first Belt and Road Forum of 2021 will focus on a valuable reason, one with limitless potential for growth and profit, and an important battleground in the war for global influence: the Caucasus. Turkey, Georgia, and Azerbaijan have been isolated for this round of offers, focusing on infrastructure, energy, agriculture, and more.

Turkey: The Middle Corridor

A nation seeking to increase its own global standing, the Republic of Turkey recently announced the creation of the Middle Corridor Project, an investment program seeking to increase connectivity between Europe and Asia through Anatolia and the Caucasus. Conveniently enough, the People's Republic share the same goal. While Chinese-Turkish relations are not all they once were, it is our opinion that our nations still have much to gain through cooperation in this arena. Therefore, we bring the following offers to the Republic of Turkey:
Working On the Railroad
Following the imminent integration of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars Railway with the Edirne-Kars High Speed Railway, the Turkish-Chinese trade network -- with a total volume of over $100 billion -- will become much faster and more efficient. The vast expansion of this capacity for movement of goods will continue to open up trade avenues between Turkey and China, allowing the Turks to benefit from Chinese investment and affordable manufacturing while Chinese companies will gain access to one of the largest and fastest-growing markets and industrial bases in Europe. To further accelerate and improve this process, China is willing to offer a loan of $2 billion dollars at a 2.4% yearly interest rate for the purpose of more quickly integrating the two rail networks with the rest of the trans-Asian railways. As Chinese companies have been proven to construct a mile of high speed rail for the ludicrously low price of $30 million, this offer should invigorate the process and greatly enhance the railway's capabilities should Turkey accept.
The Nuclear Option
A major goal of the Turkish Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources throughout the 2010s has been the construction of nuclear power plants in order to increase the nation's share of energy from that source. However, a number of projects have only ended in failure, having met various roadblocks from the safety issues that led to the abandonment of the Sinop Power Plant Project and the deterioration of relations with Russia that have halted the progress on the notable Akkuyu Power Plant Project, which was originally scheduled to be built, owned, and operated by Russian parent company Rosatom. The final nuclear plant scheduled in Turkey is the İğneada Power Plant, to be supported by American company Westinghouse Electric.
The People's Republic believes that Turkey would be better off working with the expert Chinese engineers and technicians, rather than the Russians, whose vision of Turkey and willingness to help is clouded by political tension, and the Americans, whose vision of Turkey is little more than a puppet and bulwark against Islamic terrorism in the Middle East. Certainly, Turkey can do better than this. The People's Republic has recognized that Turkey's economy has incredible potential fueled by a hardworking people and a bounty of natural resources. Therefore, we offer the following proposal to the Republic of Turkey:

Georgia: On My Mind

Georgia, despite the relative prosperity in Tbilisi and other major cities, is still very much a developing country. It is heavily reliant on agriculture in many regions, and subsistence farming remains quite common throughout rural parts of the nation. The People's Republic's analysis of the country has determined that in order for it to accelerate its growth and drastically increase its standard of living, it must break the economic stranglehold that is subsistence farming, and Chinese corporations are more than willing to assist in this task. In 2019, Maya Tskitishvili, the Georgian Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development commented that the Belt and Road Initiative would serve an essential function in growing the Georgian economy. As Georgia was one of the first nations to express interest in the initiative back in 2015, we find it fit to repay this faith in kind.
Fixing Farms
As stated, reforming agriculture through the end of subsistence farming is key to unlocking Georgia's industrial and economic potential. To this end, the Beijing Hosen Investment Management Group, along with a number of smaller Chinese agricultural investment firms, are willing to invest a total of $40 million into purchasing farms of 200 acres or less, or farms that have a projected yearly revenue of $50,000 or less, in order to consolidate them into large farms. These farms will employ at least 80% of their workers as Georgian nationals, while Chinese workers may be immigrated into the country to pick up the remaining jobs that will be created -- a notion that Georgia has previously explored with South African, Armenian, and Arabian nationals. Agriculture is generally associated with economies of scale, meaning that larger farms are more productive and more cost-efficient, so neighboring farms that can be combined into singular large enterprises will have a higher priority for purchase and investment. Furthermore, for larger-scale, Georgian-owned agricultural projects, the People's Republic is willing to offer various loans to Georgian companies. A total of $250 million will be made available at a flat yearly interest rate of 3% for the lease of Chinese-manufactured farming equipment from WeiFang Guanghui Agriculture Mechanism, Shandong Yingsheng Machinery Company, and the Qingdao Iaoshan Tractor Factory.
The governments and cooperations of China and Georgia will cooperate to ensure that Georgian farmers who sell their farms will be able to find jobs in the newly-consolidated agricultural conglomerates to ease fears of unemployment. Furthermore, our economists (as well as Georgian economists) estimate that the jobs created by the elimination of subsistence farming will more than compensate for those lost during the transition.
Bit by Boring Bit
Interestingly, a growing career path in the nation of Georgia is full-time Bitcoin mining, as well as other forms of cryptocurrency. It is becoming quite common for young Georgians to take advantage of powerful Soviet-era electricity grids and the abundance of electricity in the region to mine vast quantities of cryptocurrency, making Georgia one of the leading countries in the crypto market. We believe that we can use this to our advantage. Chinese investment banks, notably the Agricultural Bank of China, will purchase a number of cryptomines and put them to work for the People's Republic, subsidizing part of the electricity cost in exchange for a portion of the profits and a foot in the door of the vast Caucasian energy industry, which will be developed more later.

Azerbaijan: The Middle Child

At the Second International Belt and Road Forum in 2019, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev indicated his country's express interest in taking part of the project to expand its infrastructure and trade opportunities. With the increasing importance of the BTK railway, we see it fit to secure our interests in the Azerbaijani economy so that both our countries may profit. We wish to extend an offer of a loan of $8 billion with an interest rate of 3.2% to Azerbaijan to be used in expanding the Baku International Sea Trade Port, which currently handles 15 million tons of cargo, to handle 25 million tons of cargo by 2028. We would also like to explore the possibility of increased Chinese presence in the Caspian through investments in Caspian Sea natural gas, and the China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation is willing to invest $2.4 billion for the construction of two natural gas drilling facilities in the Bahar offshore oil and gas field in the southern Caspian. These natural gas facilities will employ at least 80% of its labor force as Azerbaijani workers, and up to 49% of shares in the facilities will be made available for sale to non-Chinese investors. There are an estimated 25×109 m3 of natural gas in the Bahar fields alone, and the fields currently produce around 130 billion m3, making them a valuable resource that should yield consistent production and profit well into the future.

The Fourth Belt and Road Forum

The People's Republic is open for business. In the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak that scarred many economies around the world, we want our fellow nations to know that China is willing and able to invest in them to ensure a better future for both our peoples. Currently, China is targeting the Middle East for the next round of investments, but the People's Republic promises that any nation which requests loans will be considered.

Facebook’s Libra won’t be as power-hungry as Bitcoin

Libra, Facebook’s new cryptocurrency, is expected to have a smaller environmental footprint compared to some of its more notorious blockchain brethren, including bitcoin, according to experts. Its energy demands are projected to be more like those of existing data centers — which, while still demanding, aren’t quite as energy-hungry as mining bitcoins.
The currency hasn’t launched yet, so it’s hard to know how those claims will stack up against reality. But its design — more centralized than most cryptocurrencies — means that Libra will likely draw less energy. Unlike its more decentralized peers, only a few trusted members of the Libra Association, the centralized hub for the currency, can create Libra.
AN ORDER OF MAGNITUDE MORE EFFICIENT THAN BITCOIN
“This is an order of magnitude more efficient than bitcoin will ever be,” says Ulrich Gallersdörfer, a researcher at Technical University of Munich focused on blockchain research. Gallersdörfer was the co-author on a recent paper in Joule30255-7) finding that bitcoin operations emit more climate-warming gas than the country of Jordan.
Bitcoin uses so much energy because people who want to hold the cryptocurrency have to compete for it. That means bitcoin mining operations need huge amounts of computing power to snag a single coin, and to stay in the running, they all need to be running a set of complicated problems all at once. That uses a huge amount of energy every year — in 2018, researchers estimated that bitcoin used about as much energy as Ireland.
By contrast, Libra is designed so that an algorithm issues units of the cryptocurrency in proportion to the size of a company’s initial deposit into the system. That’s still a lot to keep track of, but it’s nowhere near as complicated as a mining operation. Instead, it’s more like… normal data centers. Now, data centers draw power, too. In fact, data centers accounted for 2 percent of the total US energy usage in 2014, a 2016 study published by the DOE found. And they’re also responsible for about as many carbon dioxide emissions as the airline industry. But despite those drawbacks, these specially designed warehouses of servers are the rocks on which tech giants like Facebook continue to build and expand their digital empire.
“Facebook or other companies will have to set up servers, will have to run the software, will have to validate transactions. But that’s not really anything different to running regular services for Facebook.com or for WhatsApp,” Gallersdörfer says.
A USEFUL WAY TO GENERALLY CONSIDER HOW TO MAKE DATA CENTERS LESS ENVIRONMENTALLY TERRIBLE
Facebook has made concerted efforts to make their centers more sustainable, but the energy demand prompted by Libra might be a useful way to generally consider how to make data centers less environmentally terrible. The easiest thing to do is make sure that the existing resources are used efficiently — so that might mean more efficient hardware. But it also means considering the vast amounts of water used to cool servers: in a lot of cases that fresh water flows through the system and gets discarded, a horrifying waste, especially in areas with water shortages.
One way to meet the challenge in a water-scarce world is to reuse water as often as possible, says Emilio Tenuta, vice president of sustainability at Ecolab. But water can’t be reused forever in cooling systems. As it gets heated and moves through the pipes, salts and other contaminants — think of scale from hard water forming in a bathroom — can build up in the machinery, making it less efficient. But by constantly monitoring and treating the water as it goes through a system, companies like Ecolab hope they can recirculate water through cooling systems as often as possible, reducing the amount of water used in data centers overall.
Making existing centers more efficient is great, but products on the scale of Libra could mean new data centers — and where they are matters. Companies could save themselves (and the world) a lot of environmental angst by simply looking for better locations to put data centers in the first place, Katrina Kelly-Pitou says.
THE AREA WHERE WE’RE FAILING, IN THE UNITED STATES, IS CLEANING OUR POWER SUPPLY
Kelly-Pitou, an urban systems strategist with architecture and engineering firm SmithGroup, says that companies should look for places with trained software engineers — to keep the servers running smoothly — and abundant, low-carbon power sources. By relying on a nearby hydroelectric dam, wind farm, or nuclear plant instead of coal or natural gas, data centers could dramatically cut their carbon footprint. That’s because ultimately, every data center relies on the energy grid. And that’s where many current data centers are falling short.
“The area where we’re failing, in the United States, is cleaning our power supply, and ensuring that we have clean energy to power the economic development that we want,” Kelly-Pitou says.
Libra hasn’t launched. We don’t know if it will take off. But for it to even get off the ground, it will need data centers — and developing greener data centers, and a lower-carbon energy grid to power them is something that could pay off no matter what.

We are building out the world's first tokenisation platform that will be compliant with regulations. The first project Use Case when secured may deliver underlying yields of 7 to 11.4% or higher, potential capital gains, and provide bonuses and access to future project tokens at an attractive discount versus those joining after the Vesting Period. There is a revolutionary future in its application across multiple asset classes. Notably, this tokenisation approach may become a template for asset backed token projects.
With proof of concept at hand and construction started, the project shall be scaled up as several additional hard asset projects are in the queue and the platform can be white labelled. Our platform offers a replacement tool for the transaction-cost-inefficient closed-end fund structures or venture capital transactions while remaining small, solid, compact and in full regulatory compliance.
Reduced Risk: We are immune to the direction of cryptospace. Even if Ethereum were to go to zero, our token would still be valid and contractually binding. In light of the steep losses in Ethereum and other coins, the participant can stop the hemorrhaging by locking in their cryptocurrencies at a fixed rate in euros for the next 9 months while taking comfort in knowing the above benefits apply, ie, yields, capital gains, bonuses, future project access at a discount, etc. Further, the potential participation in prime residential real estate located a brief commute of 15 minutes from the city center in Tallinn, Estonia carries low risk given the history of otherwise equivalent, yet in terms of quality, design and attractiveness, inferior real estate projects launched in the neighbourhood which still sold out ahead of schedule. Indeed, the demographics of families in formation together with Estonia leading the EU in economic growth is a powerful combination contributing to the breakneck speeds of development in Tallinn.
Estonia has continuously the highest average GDP in the EU (if you compare the current members from 1994 to 2018) and thus is the EU’s fastest growing country. Estonia has been billed as the world’s leading digital nation given its pioneer status of its digital ID card program, the spread of free and ultra high speed WiFi across the country, being the pond from where Skype and Pipedrive sprung, and more. Today, its welcoming position on blockchain technologies, equivalent to that of Switzerland, as well as its e-Residency program is well known. e-Residency enables businesses to transact goods and services regardless of geographic location with the digital signature capacity known from the ID card program. Estonia’s regulators are sincerely collaborative, open for discussion, and evidently working with substantial commitment to create a fair system of regulation, monitoring and enforcement of the current legislation. They are comparatively solution driven so as to remain welcoming to the blockchain community. This explains why Estonia has the highest number of ICOs launched per capita and is ranked #5 worldwide.
From the CEO of CoinMetro, Kevin Murcko: “Although I get approached quite often to advise on ICO projects I rarely bite. Most, while they may be great 'back of napkin ideas' they usually lack substance and their teams, while sometimes quite elaborate, lack the drive, hunger, and experience to take a great idea and turn it into a great business. HanseCoin is different. The company focuses on a very specific use case for tokenization, the Asset-Backed Token, and it puts it to the test.
Not only does it provide a hedge against crypto volatility but it puts that money toward the creation of a regulator-approved platform for tokenizing any hard asset.
As a member of the Supervisory Board, I helped design the tokenization structure and I believe there is a revolutionary future in its application across multiple asset classes.
As As CEO of CoinMetro is it my job to ensure that we are constantly on the lookout for ways to gain market share and add value to not only our platform but the whole of the crypto ecosystem ... Essentially we are talking about an extension of the ICOexpress, call it a 'module', one of many in the works.”

Q: How are you compliant? Many ICOs fail to be even minimally compliant.
A: First, this is not a typical ICO but this structure represents the next evolutionary stage in asset financing in the cryptospace. We are one of if not the world’s first actual asset backed token (ABT) ICO backed by real estate. Together with our counsel and our partners from Coin Metro, we have stayed in lock-step with the regulators here in Estonia to ensure that regardless of future regulatory decisions made, due to the versatility of the project structure, it will remain compliant without that adversely affecting the business. Our token remains a utility token as demonstrated by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as it is neither a security, a debenture, nor a money market instrument. Still, we are prepared to issue a security token in the future should it become a suitable option and make sense to our expansion. Albeit that from our discussion with the relevant authorities it seems unlikely today Estonia may well pass legislation in this regard. Most importantly, leading companies are connected to our platform and its first project: we have Capital Mill, a leading developer and asset manager, as the real estate project manager, Uusmaa Kinnisvarabüro, the oldest and largest brokerage firm in Estonia as the residential sales agent, SWECO Projekt as the engineering company, 1Partner, a leading valuation company, as our appraiser, Telora AS as our supervisor, Studiomark as our architectural firm, and leading Estonian construction firms allowing the project to be built on time and in suitable quality for the residential clients.

Q: Is VPAT compliant? Does VPAT obey regulation? What about the other tokens PPT and VBT?
A: VPAT is an island, disconnected, and not tradable. Is it non-transferrable thus not a security. VPAT is heavily vetted and all VPAT holders are registered via AML/KYC with CoinMetro. Should our Issuing Company decide to issue another token (PPT, etc), that token may become tradeable and subject to regulatory law at that point.
There is an inherent difference and segregation of the VPAT from the potential PPT or VBT tokens. At the end of 9 months, the VPATs are burned, swapped, or extended and only then are PPTs issued. VPAT holders get various bonuses and preferred issuance of PPTs.
The VPAT is a centralised virtual token which results in a receipt issued to the VPAT participants (like a voucher). It is not an Ethereum based ERC distributed token unlike the PPT which may become subject to the legal, technical and regulatory environment.
As always, we will comply with any future legal, technical, and regulatory law set forth.

Q: What are the advantages of your platform?
A: Our platform offers a replacement tool for a variety of transaction cost inefficient transaction structures. The unwieldy closed-end funds of yesteryear simply front load developments with heavy hand costs for management and distribution. They typically start at around 10 million euros. Friends & family and crowd funding asset capital raises are typically limited to 1.5 – to at best 2 ¼ million euros. Our platform enables a far more efficient and less costly way for anyone who wishes to tokenise a project and raise capital between 1.5 and 10 million euros for their hard asset project, including but not limited to real estate. Blockchain simplifies and facilitates transactions by removing redundant layers.

Q: Future plans to expand?
A: An asset backed tokenisation does not end with standard real estate. This can also be done with other associated hard assets such as factories which include identifiable, traceable and productive machinery and equipment. Indeed, the founders and their partners are themselves invested in industrial assets, farming and agritech. We believe that such capital intensive segments are ideal candidates for subsequent, larger asset backed tokenisation capital raises when the concept with its technology and documentation is proven.
Eventually, HanseCoin, subject to project success, markets and regulation, may even become an issuing house with an investment advisory license. We will also enable others to white label our product since a number of projects have expressed deep interest. Indeed, as stated in the above article, a number of notable voices in the blockchain space such as Multicoin Capital partner Kyle Samani have said, "Using blockchains, you can securitize any asset for 1/100th the cost.” According to Prof. Stephen McKeon of the University of Oregon, "We will undoubtedly see tokenized real estate securities in 2018." An analyst at Apex Token Fund went on to explain, "A new level of liquidity is created when tokenizing traditional assets. This liquidity makes it faster and easier to rebalance a portfolio as the market changes."

Q: Please explain unpaid taxes to the Estonian government as raised here: https://www.reddit.com/CoinMetro/comments/9lyjie/comment/e7g8ws6
A: First, Tiskre Residentsid paid its October land taxes. The company had EUR 3,407.31 land tax to pay which EMTA demands on Oct 1, and we had scheduled to pay them alongside TSD declaration by Oct 10. Notably, we paid it today ahead of time. There is no tax debt and we would expect this to be reflected with the usual delay at sources such as ‘Inforegister’.
Second, Reval Grundwert is a family venture which arranges services to group entities including concept and implementation design, engineering and supervision, planning, family investment. A previous accountant miscalculated and misrepresented two smaller tax filings for which she taken to account and court. The restatement and reconciliation is underway with EMTA.

Q: How do you securitize the asset? Is it asset backed at the beginning?
A: The VPAT token is issued and provides a receipt as noted in the info memo. Funds are employed for the project platform infrastructure/software development and to secure the use case. The owners contribute the land into the asset company at a EUR 459,810 or a 15.4% discount to appraised market value to effectively sponsor the platform development for the Use Case even ahead of the full raise and the potential PPT issuance. The externally appraised value only reflects a sale as is: no potential, no expected value increases, it is considered conservative. Initially, the Issuer provides a deposit to the Asset Company owners in lieu of the irrevocable undertaking to, in the future, enter into the contracts. The deposit in this instance covers 90% of the fixed asset price. All-in the relevant discount to fair market value is thus 23.8% which should be considered a substantial buffer.
From the closing of the hard floor raise through the VPAT, the Issuer by securing itself with the future documentation in escrow, irrevocable undertakings locked in, and a pledge over the asset company's shares, is collateralised throughout its infrastructure development phase. Even the VPAT is an asset backed token.
Note, in the unlikely event that the tokenisation were to fail with no regulatorily compliant tokenisation at hand or the Issuer to fail in its development, the Issuer would accelerate the share pledge against the Asset Company. The asset could be sold and even a fire sale should suffice to cover the Issuer's relevant risk exposure, a restructuring, rescission, or new development in light of the aformentioned large discount.
In case of questions please do not hesitate to ask.

Q: How long do actual building developments take? [USE CASE]
A: In a simplified form and besides weather conditions etc., individual buildings and their build out time depend on the building types of which there are 2 in sector 1 (one apartment, one row house), another one in sector 2 (simpler row houses) and again two types in sector 3 (apartment buildings) plus a kindergarten on the plot between 2 and 3. Some of them such as in sector 1 individually take between 6 and 7 months to build core and shell, and subject to the client package requirements (three pre-defined), the interior furnishing and fittings takes between 1 and 1.5 months. The row houses in sector 2 can be erected within 5-6 months, then interiors and the furnishing as above plus landscaping (seasonal). The affordable housing in sector 3 could be built in the same time frame for the simpler apartment buildings and about 11 months for a grouping of three which are best erected as an ensemble.
A time schedule has been defined by the accredited, experienced external project management firm with owners, engineers, architects, interior architects and reputable construction companies which shows the targeted build out rhythm with overlapping and parallel build-outs. You can find this information in the project model section p.30 onwards. If you have specific questions do not hesitate to contact us and we shall be glad to go through this in applicable detail with you.
If you look at the plots and the drone videos listed for the asset company you can see that infrastructure (road, electricity, gas, water, sewage and street lighting) has been built out already alongside sector 3 and 2. Key information and extensive descriptions are also at hand in the info memo.

Q: Are all incoming ETH converted to EUR immediately?
A: Yes, though subject to market conditions. For example, the time it took to get sufficient confirmations was considerably longer in December 2017 when the crypto market was spiking. Until our minimum target of 2.281671m EUR is received, the deposit required to secure the projects initial use case, all incoming ETH is converted to EUR. Once this amount is surpassed, Hansecoin reserves the right to hold qualities of ETH as it sees fit based in its internal risk management policies.

Q: What happens if the soft cap for your asset raise is not met?
A: I presume you are referring to the hard floor of EUR 3.275 M as a fall-back rather than the soft or target cap. Were that hard floor fail to be reached, the software and platform infrastructure development would have to be carried on by HanseCoin preferably with its community in parallel to progressing with the road map, however, after an extension window of e.g. another 10, 15 or even 30 days were to run out before reaching the hard floor, and if no restructuring of the agreements with the asset owners could be agreed upon (deposit levels, timing), the development would have to carry on without securing the use case. The latter would remain an obligation of the owners to develop without HanseCoin. In turn, in such an unlikely event, HanseCoin would have to secure another Use Case for which it has two more assets at hand in the same attractive area, one in a comparable development stage and one at an earlier stage. Both would allow for collateralisation and lower deposit levels so that a replacement would be a suitable option. As stated in the info memo if less (as in not enough to entertain any of the other options) is raised until a future PPT issuance on the basis of the Hansecoin platform, the VPAT may have to be rescinded.
Notably, the aforementioned time frame and cascade of options should, from our perspective, allow HanseCoin sufficient capacity to attain sufficient commitment from VPAT partners and progress with the Asset Company on mutually agreeable terms.

Q: What if you can't get approved to go on with the development, or when the approval is getting delayed an unreasonable (>1y?) amount of time?
A: The risk of development of the tokenisation to become regulatorily compliant is mitigated as follows: HanseCoin will file alongside its efforts to create the PPTs, its application to attain an investment firm license in Estonia allowing it to act as fund manager. This puts it on the safe side if considerations of certain tokens as securities were to become effective. The board and supervisory board of HanseCoin assisted by counsel and auditors will take all necessary steps and employ their professional experience to meet the requirements and become licensed in the defined regulatory process. As indicated in the roadmap, CoinMetro as an exchange requires substantially more comprehensive licensing for a variety of their additional services to be rendered in the future and is seeking theirs with a view to having them in place by end of Q2 2019.
If the technical development of the tokenisation were to be delayed beyond the date of regulatory compliance, HanseCoin with the VPAT has the option to seek an extension to complete whatever technical matters would have to be resolved, albeit that the economic interest at hand should mitigate that. HanseCoin is keen to issue, list, and expand their tokenisation platform approach to a wide audience of potential participants and process a variety of underlying hard assets, as only then it is successful. The interest of HanseCoin's founders and team are aligned with the VPAT holders. We will push the development with determination and daily grind. As such we believe that a delay as you indicated beyond a month or even three months over the Vesting Period whilst technically possible is highly unlikely.

Q: What can HanseCoin offer me that I already do not have access to? I can already directly invest in property or buy equity in residental property via crowdfunding websites etc. What I cannot do as a U.K. citizen is easily invest in overseas property, does HanseCoin fix that problem? In addition will HanseCoin give people in emerging markets easy access to say, European and American property? What kind of restrictions might I face if , as a U.K. citizen, I wanted to buy an ABT for a U.S. property?
A: You can own a piece of real estate in any jurisdiction via our platform, ie, fractional ownership. As we onboard new projects, some will be European. The US comes with certain restrictions that may make onboarding US based projects an issue. At this time, the projects of interest are non-US. We will be sure we are compliant with any projects we approve.
Re crowd funding, on our home page at Hansecoin.com, scroll down and read:
Let’s talk about The Gap.

Q: Can I own Hansecoin if I am a US resident?
A: As referred to in the disclaimers of the info memo and the webpage, HanseCoin with its ongoing private sale and the upcoming public sale in principle is currently not offered to participants who are U.S. residents as regulation so implies and we are not offering securities at this time. Without providing legal advice, a private pre-sale may e.g. allow up to 35 non-accredited investors to participate under certain limitations and exemptions under rule 506 (b), however it may have little bearing on us as the private (pre-)sale of Hansecoin VPAT's would likely be considered a form of general solicitation in the U.S. Thus, in consideration of rule 506 (c) only accredited investors, i.e. those who can verify that they are, may have a path to participate in the private (pre-) sale. May we suggest to consider this with counsel and message us directly so that we can review the matter, in case you are an interested accredited investor. We obviously value your interest and shall be glad to continue the dialogue. It is not unlikely with upcoming regulation in Estonia and the EU as well as HanseCoin progressing to become a regulated investment firm in the near future that future issues including a potential mastercoin could be offered also in the U.S. We certainly would be glad if market rules were to allow truly global coverage.
NEW FAQS FOR RON TO POST ON WEBSITE:

Q: Did I understand correctly, that HanseCoin is a overarching platform for more asset backed token projects? That token PPT token itself is not limited to the current real estate (RE) you are developing? If so, what happens if let's say, the current RE is finished and you start another project, will there then the same process as now, but with a PPT2?
A: HanseCoin is an overarching platform and not limited to one project, albeit that the first project contributed at a significant discount to the platform to support its launch carries itself and the platform build-out. HanseCoin's goal is to efficiently onboard a variety of projects which fit the 'Gap' range for development capital, i.e. small/mid cap project financings for hard assets. We have three projects in the short term pipeline which shall be launched in stages over the next months. The structuring employed in the initial project can, as per current review be rolled out in more than a dozen, potentially more jurisdictions of the current EU-27. Variations of the structure used by HanseCoin render it sufficiently resilient to over time include more hard assets including factory machinery and equipment as well as segments such as rolling stock. However, we start with something small, solid and compact in real estate development where platform and participants in its onboarded project(s) can capitalise on sufficient potential to reap liquidity premiums and reduce transaction cost through tokenisation.

Q: Can I draw a similarity to Coin Metro’s (CM's) ICO express here: Both HanseCoin and ICO Express to onboard external projects? Now you guys lead the real estate (RE) development yourself, but maybe the next project is developed by an external team but uses your platform for tokenization?
A: I would say that we will work closely with CM's on their ICO Express, as there is no need to reinvent the wheel and we believe that they are in the process of setting up an excellent platform. Technically, I would consider us the Asset Financing Module associated with/connected to their platform. Given our understanding of RE in specific and asset financing in general the intention is to process a series of projects and develop the capacity of HanseCoin to assess, validate, wherever needed structure and adapt/improve underlying projects with strong project financing parties (project managers, engineers, architects, banks, brokers, supervisors, construction companies) etc. - we facilitate the RE development or third party projects employing HanseCoin as the project tokenisation platform.
In other asset finance segments, such as factory and machinery, the industries we can work with are widely varied, as Chris just stated, this can be biotech as well as manufacturing, the key is the underlying asset.
For retail solutions the logistics solutions connecting e-commerce and highstreet require substantial investments in hardware, data processing capacity and software. Whilst the line there blurs between pure hard assets and its steering/process technology, the physically distributed logistics aspect is intriguing and we believe we can in the future benefit from tokenisation.

Q: I'm interested in finding out more re contributing to the private sale (amount of funds being raised, minimum contribution size, etc).
A: Pursuant to ongoing discussions with a variety of interested parties including family offices across Germany, Austria and Scandinavia committing to certain amounts we have created a sliding incentive scale for those entering the Private Sale:
During the current phase up till the hard floor for the platform build-out we offer small, yet attractive discounts to early bird participants, whereas larger ticket sizes obtain higher discounts. Parties committing participations of EUR 50,000k receive a discount (as a token amount bonus) of 2.25%, EUR 100,000 equates 2.5% discount/bonus, EUR 200,000 results in 3% discount/bonus and tickets of EUR 500 k and above receive a 4% discount/ bonus.
For those followers here on Telegram the ticket sizes can be amended but discounts/bonus tokens of 1% kick in starting at EUR 10,000 (equivalent in ETH).
For the sake of good order, recently we have done one brief flash sale to reward our hardcore followers, tech contributors and early birds at a significant one time only 5% discount/bonus. We do not envisage it to be repeated.
As the token vesting period ends after latest 9 months and a tradable token is then issued even the lowest rung of discounts is slightly better than many peer products and approaches, certainly better than parking it in money market products. For small to medium size participants, generally, parking liquidity in attractive vehicles with underlying real estate and hard assets in Europe is not such a bad idea at this time. The tokens are available at short notice.
If this is of interest to you please advise which volumes in the above brackets you wish to pursue and we shall open the Private Sale to you.

Q: How does HanseCoin compare to other companies attempting to issue asset backed tokens? Aren’t such tokens securities?
A: Hansecoin has a unique approach in that it has achieved regulatory compliance even with token issuance. Have a look at the Whitepaper. Normally, tokens of this nature will be regulated as securities. So for HanseCoin to stay compliant, we have a regulatorily compliant token (VPAT) for the platform which is already asset backed. It is non-negotiable, non-transferrable, and non-tradeable thus is not a security token. HanseCoin will later issue tokenized securities known as PPTs upon being regulated as an investment firm in lock-step with what EU / Estonian regulators decide.
As noted, Hansecoin is live already. Its original token, the VPAT, is already asset backed and called an ABT. Due to substantial demand from private equity we are in a private sale at the moment. If and when suitable a public sale may be announced.
So, no more weeks of waiting as with so many others. If you are interested to enter into the private sale please register and let us know. [my note: Smartlands has launched their mastercoin which should be a security since it is tradeable but not issuing tokenized securities as of yet.]

Q: How can HanseCoin claim to have first mover advantage compared to, say, Smartlands, when HanseCoin hasn't even finished its capital raise or developed its platform? If my understanding is correct, Smartlands completed their token sale last year and have already developed their core platform
Also, I'm finding the whitepaper diifficult to digest. It’s very wordy. I'm sure the key points could be presented more succinctly.
A: For the sake of good order, Smartlands has placed its token but is not asset backed from the begininng. By the way, it has lost -24.8% from its peak 4 days ago, though through its excellent PR, I believe it is the only coin that has outperformed bitcoin this year, which attests to the power of the asset backed token.
That said, Smartlands does not have any live project. HanseCoin has not made such claims but is the first regulated asset backed token in that it has the underlying asset pledged to it in proportion to the funds raised, and one live project plus three which its shareholders have either secured or control over. The issuance of the HanseCoin PPT token is solely deferred due to and dependent on the current regulation. In order to become independent from that, HanseCoin will file to become a regulated investment adviser in December so that by February it can issue securities and thus tokenised securities no matter what ambiguity may exist then for other token approaches.
In the meantime, those who are holding HanseCoin VPAT tokens whose value is not pegged to any cryptocurrency but to hard assets sidestepped the recent huge drop seen in bitcoin and most all other cryptocurrencies. The average cryptocurrency has now lost over 90% of its value in 2018. Meanwhile, the value of the VPAT is pegged to the euro and the underlying asset.
Besides blockchain related software improvements, the current platform development is predominantly geared to the expansion into 17 EU jurisdictions and related systems compatibility, database design, and applicable interfaces, compliance process designs, linkage with exchanges, as well as research and development into future tokenisation components.
As to the whitepaper, based on requirements of the EFSA (the Estonian regulator), PWC Legal as our counsel, auditors, and tax advisers, we have to reflect the matter comprehensively. The summary pages tend to be important whilst the flow charts are there to assist with visuals.
Whilst you may consider it excessive, we have condensed both the tokenisation and the use case significantly. Some of our team have longstanding careers in investment banking, corporate audit, and structured finance. Any offering circular in asset backed bonds, a closed end fund prospectus or an euqity placement memorandum would run into hundreds of pages and a 8x multiple word count.
Our target was to simplify the sourcing, issuance and distribution of asset financing with benefits to participants and developers alike whilst substantially reducing transaction cost to enable and accelerate that. That is the key proposition of blockchain and only our platform is live and doing that. Having a listed token today is secondary.
Here are some bullet points which focus on the key points to our platform:
· First-mover Advantage - HanseCoin is the world's first regulated blockchain platform to tokenise hard assets;
· Technology - Solid Blockchain technology applied properly greatly lowers transaction costs across the board from project inception to completion thus participants reap high yields;
· Demand - Leading developers and sponsors across Europe wish to onboard their projects onto our platform;
· Regulatory Compliant - Regulatory passporting capacity into the majority of EU markets and capacity to go beyond;
· Client Access to Higher Yield - Development projects bring high yields to people who are not classic development investors at a time of historically low interest rates;
· Risk Mitigation - Excellent diversification opportunity to peg capital to the value of the underlying hard assets.
· Ongoing Transaction & Success Fee Generation - The platform generates ongoing transaction fees per project. The more projects and more participants, the higher the profits which are shared between Participants and the platform.
But the way, together with CoinMetro (www.coinmetro.com) and its CEO Kevin Murcko we will at Slush to present their exchange and our platform as the first solid Asset Backed Token for hard assets to listed on CoinMetro.

Q: How do projects such as https://www.meridio.co compete with HanseCoin?
A: Meridio.co offers fractional ownership which, whilst fine as a concept, does not lend itself to fit the tokenised securities approach EU regulators are starting to take (they have MIFID, AIFM, etc. to work with) and the specific segment of project/asset financing where development capital is actually required, the small and mid cap segment in Europe and beyond (we call it 'the gap' of EUR 1.5 to EUR 10 m of equity participations in projects) is not addressed. HanseCoin already owns shovel ready land and its platform is regulated.

Q: A few questions:
1a. Which tokens do private sale participants receive for their contribution? VPAT, PPT or both?
2a. Are VPAT tokens temporary in nature, having no further use once they have been swapped or burned following the completion of the platform development?
3a. What is the main potential benefit to a participant in acquiring VPAT tokens?
4a. Is PPT the participation token for the first project only or for all future projects supported by the platform? (Or something in between?)
5a. What is the HanseCoin master token?
A:
1a. The private sale participants receive VPATs.
2a. The VPAT is the asset backed token which starts the platform and provides exclusive access to (a) the PPTs prior to them becoming tradable as well as (b) the VBTs. All VPATs are burned, swapped, or extended at the end of the vesting period.
3a. The VPAT provides exclusive access to future tokens including the tradeable PPT, VBTs for bonuses, and potential further privileges which the platform may grant to its early sponsors and participants. The VPAT is also the only path to secure discounted PPT token access.
4a. As of today, the PPT covers the initial project use case. Each additional project will see an appropriate amount of PPTs issued to reflect the initial capital requirement of the underlying asset development project at its inception. During the platform development and regulation phase, additional VPATs will be issued in regard to further projects in the pipeline. The first PPT will be known as HanseCoin 8. Each additional project will countdown from 8 thus the second project will be known as HanseCoin 7, and so forth. Upon the first issuance and listing of a PPT, thus subject to further regulation of tokenised securities, it is envisaged to have VPATs only issued for each private sale phase.
5a. A master coin which represents not just one specific project but the value of HanseCoin as a whole company will be issued at some point when project tokens have gained critical mass in terms of projects, countries/markets covered and distribution. It seems likely that the countdown will fit well with this. The valuation will be dictated by the ongoing projects, projects to be on-boarded, and any white-labelling on the HanseCoin platform. We envisage that all original VPAT holders should have privileged access to an attractive bonus for the master coin which shall be accrued through VBTs during the PPT issuance period. These specific VBTs would vest until the issuance of the master coin. This is an exclusive benefit to the initial VPAT participants.

Q: So are VPAT and PPT *categories* of token rather that the actual tokens themselves? In other words, HanseCoin 8 is *a* PPT not *the* PPT? Also, if private sale participants receive VPATs, then why does hansecoin.coinmetro.com offer "HANS" tokens, which Chris tells me refers to "HanseCoin 8" tokens? Shouldn't coinmetro be offering VPAT tokens at this stage, not PPT tokens?
A: VPAT is a virtual token. PPT will be a compliant tokenized security we issue sometime next year, potentially ahead of the projected 9 month vesting period of the VPAT. The PPT will be compliant, in line with regulations as they are formed.
HANS is the ticker for the VPAT. Only the first phase VPAT currently exists that represents the first use case. HanseCoin 8 is the first use case. HanseCoin 7 will be the second use case, ticking down by one each time a new project is launched.
By the way, there is no such thing as a security token even though STO stands for security token offering. But then, many of the terms used in the cryptospace have been bastardized such as the term 'whitepaper'.

Q: I presume the VPAT for the second project will have a different ticker? What is the ticker for the first PPT (HanseCoin 8)?
A: A ticker will be assigned then by the listing exchange and the symbol is not decided, yet, although it seems reasonable to consider a variation of HANS (which is the ticker for the first VPAT) plus an indicator (technically, the ticker can remain as is whilst the sub-category is defined as an index).

Blockchain is coming for agriculture and you might not even notice

Over the past year, blockchain has become a buzzword in media coverage, industry publications, and press releases for new start-ups. Of course, Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies have received much of the spotlight. However, hundreds of articles proclaim the benefits of using blockchain technology in industries including agriculture. The real question: Can blockchain outlive the hype and deliver real value to growers?
Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies have received a lot of hype, but blockchain technology isn’t all about digital cash. Blockchain technology is actually a powerful type of secure database. It’s a ledger of accounts and transactions that’s easy to amend if you have the right keys, but nearly impossible to alter once a transaction has been written. As a result, you can think of a blockchain as an ultra-secure way to record, certify, and transfer assets without needing to rely on a bank, broker, or other intermediary.
While blockchain is theoretically interesting, farm owners and growers want technology that produces real benefits in the near term. In agriculture, blockchain promises a single source of truth about the state of your farm, inventory, and contracts. Many farmers today utilize a combination of software, apps, spreadsheets, pen and paper, and memory to record their data. That effort is then multiplied when farm service providers require information and data in order to deliver on the service they were hired to perform. By providing a single source of data for a farm, blockchain minimizes the strain of record-keeping and maintaining multiple record systems. Blockchain can ultimately save time and energy in the agriculture value chain.

It’s important to realize that blockchain alone doesn’t make growers more money, but it does provide the technology infrastructure for things like digitization, automation, and tracking, all of which drive farmers’ bottom lines in modern agriculture.
TRACEABILITY IN THE CROP SUPPLY CHAIN
Most of the early applications of blockchain in agriculture have to do with traceability and supply chains; a blockchain ledger could record and update the status of crops from planting to harvest to storage to delivery. The upside for large operations is a secure, immutable ledger that ensures you never lose a load. The status of all your crops is available in real time.
As demand for organic and other specialty production methods grows, there’s a huge incentive for growers who can verifiably produce documentation of the supply chain that went into those foods. Blockchain tracking allows growers to meet regulatory compliance and consumer expectations.
One start-up in the food provenance industry is Pipeline Foods. Pipeline focuses on increasing the supply of sustainably produced commodities – such as organic foods – that can pay the farmer up to a 100% premium above conventionally-grown crops. Organic farmers must capture detailed production data, sign off on its accuracy, and share that data with third-party certifying agencies. This provides a clear opportunity to streamline data entry and increase the frequency of data verification through the blockchain.
An additional benefit of traceability comes when it’s time to sell the harvest to grain buyers or food processors. Growers can ensure the quality of their deliveries and even manage the asset exchange, including instant payment, via the blockchain. One start-up working on integrated blockchain grain storage, contracts, and delivery is Australia-based BlockGrain. Their platform promises real-time transactions, payments, and access to brokers to help growers get maximum return from their operation.
Traceability isn’t just restricted to the crops themselves. With the right information sources and/or in-field sensors, growers can access and track detailed records about soil quality, field applications, weather, farming practices, and seed type.
PRECISION FARMING AND FARMING RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Of course, there’s a lot more that goes into running an operation than just the crops. Taken together, there’s a complex, ever-changing picture of all the input resources that go into crops throughout the course of a season. Increasingly, growers are using farm management software to track where all their resources are at a given time. Decisive Farming’s data platform and app, for instance, enables growers to record all field applications and then track these resources from the field to multiple storage locations and then to the elevator.
This resource management data can be incredibly powerful for optimizing agronomics on the farm, and it creates marketing value for food and beverage companies to differentiate themselves. For instance, Decisive Farming recently paid farmers, as part of a field-to-glass initiative, for data on fertilizer, seed, and yield from their malt barley production in order to gain more insight into optimal growing patterns.
Indigo Agriculture is another great example that pays the farmer a premium for an end-to-end production contract. For example, Indigo pays up to a $0.47-per-bushel premium over the regular market for milling quality wheat. The premium is based on using certain products, following specific agronomic practices, and providing traceability data on the production and movement of the grain. The contract is direct to the farmer and bypasses the traditional channels of ag retail and grain elevators.
What makes blockchain such a good fit for these types of inventory management jobs is the decentralized nature of blockchain records. Any updates made become part of the ledger and every participating device receives the updated record. Even out in the field, disconnected from internet access, any changes will sync to the network as soon as the device regains internet access.
Additionally, blockchain can track other types of records like machinery maintenance records or status of in-field sensors and equipment. In practice, this means a grower could keep a real-time picture of what machinery is available for work, which machinery will need maintenance soon, and which is currently in repair. A grower could even give a mechanic blockchain access to update the status as soon as a piece of machinery is fixed. This is a game-changer for large operations with multiple farms and dozens of pieces of equipment in various locations and states of repair.
INTERNET-OF-THINGS AND QUALITY CONTROL
Another huge challenge for growers is monitoring the quality of crops leading up to harvest and during storage before delivery.
IBM is focused on IoT that allows growers to monitor irrigation, soil quality, pests, and other factors on a precise scale in the field. After harvest, there are initiatives to use sensors to track the quality of stored crops. For example, CO2 and temperature sensors in grain silos can track the quality of stored grain over time.
Of course, each of these sensors produces records that need to be tied together into a cohesive ledger that can update in real time. IOTA is one such project focused on bringing distributed ledgers, similar to blockchain, into the realm of IoT devices to operate a secure, global database for all device information.
The ultimate goal is to digitize and automate as much as possible when it comes to agricultural record-keeping and quality control. Sensors gather data automatically in real-time so that when a grower needs information, it’s just a click away. Many aspects of this are happening now in agriculture, allowing growers to provide precise irrigation based on rainfall, custom fertilization tailored to changes in soil quality, and targeted pest control measures in response to an emerging outbreak.
YOU MIGHT NOT EVEN NOTICE BLOCKCHAIN
Blockchain is coming for agriculture in a big way. It will make it easier to track, manage, and transact in all kinds of agricultural assets, from crops, to inventory, to precision data. When blockchain comes, however, you might not even notice it. Blockchain is a low-level, behind the scenes technology that creates secure databases. Apps and software that implement blockchain will look and feel the same as applications growers are using right now. The difference is that blockchain opens a wealth of potential new options for collecting data and automating farm management. These new blockchain-powered features could come sooner than you think and without you even realizing it’s blockchain.

He is the CEO of Decisive Farming, a Canadian software program for farms offering precision agronomics, data management, crop marketing, and telematics services. Schmaltz has extensive agriculture knowledge after taking over his family’s ag retail company Dynagra Corp with his brother where he started incubating new technologies in farming resulting in the launch of Decisive Farming in 2011.

Awakened Commune? Why not!

So considering things, I was thinking of moving to someplace cheap (open to suggestions) such as say Montana, subdue the local population(lol), and begin a commune for awakened people to get away if they want!
Basically the requirements are... cheap land... and able to farm potatos. Mountains nearby are a huge bonus, as nature is awesome and climbing a mountain or hiking or whatever is a very good way to really focus.... become awake for someone who wants growth!
I really need to find a good location so pls suggest. I will probably hike around looking for a place, with walking stick and walking hat (and of course bad ass boots)
In 10 years or so my BTC will be enough to buy some nice automatic machinery... I figure automation will continue to go down in price as well. Thus beginning an egofree technological driven society, on the backs of capitalism. Thanks for the sacrifice, capitalists such as myself. Bitcoin I feel is safe, and deflationary... and I just have to not touch it and not spend and wham suddenly it is growing...It is a hedge on society's money printing press :)
Working in capitalism is pointless. Killing yourself working super hard is pointless The job is being done at the rate they choose and there is automation available NOW to get things to be comfortable! They refuse this... the age of leisure as promised is not going to happen. There is no need to participate in the rat race... Just escape from it! But I will have to still work in capitalism... for now... whereever I move to I will probably have to work :). Hopefully can get a nice little self sustaining land thing going soon. But for sure... it is clear you DO NOT need to go hardcore Big City Most Money possible... as taught by society... camping for summer sounds nice vacation! capitalists never give vacation for 20 years! they brag about their lack of vacation! Lol
Automation would be great, if embraced, but it isn't. So... hopefully... one day soon it is cheaper and easy to implement in a small section of society. And I hope to implement automation whereever I am... this little commune :)
Example: We have surplus Wheat Apparently in society. But farmers are driven by money. Society is driven by money. So they can't have a surplus, they have to plant something else. Yet people aren't fed in this country... there are problems with feeding people, children, everywhere. I met this young kid once who went to jail for stealing a muffin from a WaWa in Virginia. Dude was stupidnot educated by society, didn't know how to write... but spent the later part of his teenage years in jail. It is crazy world we live in people.

Bitcoin Mining Can Aid Sustainable Farming- The Advent of ‘Cryptomatoes’

A new startup has been set up with an ecological premise by the Czech new age crypto exchange, NakamotoX. There are not very many uses for excess heat produced from digital machinery or cryptocurrency mining devices. However, this startup has managed to combine Blockchain technology with farming and has produced an edible batch of tomatoes by diverting the heat of mining machines to a customized greenhouse. Cofounder, Kamil Brejcha, and staff have built a separate space for their Bitcoin mining servers and utilized their excess heat production for growing tomatoes. The project is likely to be followed by a new type of farming technology called ‘Agritechture’, and the results so far have been entirely fruitful with the success of the first batch of what they call ‘cryptomatoes’. Brejcha explains in a tweet, “We have developed something called ‘Cointainer’ which is being placed in the basement and the heat is blown into the greenhouses. More details will be revealed soon”.
One downside to the crypto mining industry is the effect of the machinery’s heat generation on the environment. Most companies do not utilize this heat energy for any productive use which raises the concern for sustainable development among environmentalists and crypto user alike. The initiative that Brejcha and company have taken can create an energy cycle loop where heat from mining helps grow crops and biowaste from the harvest help power machinery. The project solves numerous growing concerns and provides an ecological and self-sustaining solution. Brejcha commented on the cryptomatoes saying, “You will be able to buy (cryptomatoes) in common shops soon but I cannot reveal more details about the brand now”.
The large-scale impact of Agritechture could help build on sustenance farming and energy conservation, two globally alarming problems putting pressure on the environment today. With the significant application in future crop cultivation, cryptomatoes could start a worldwide transformation in farming as we know it.

Transcript of George Webb Video Series Part 294 "Hillary's Leakers, Hackers, and Henchmen" [@Georgwebb / #HRCRatline]

  • Day 152.4. Rothschild Weather Machine? No, But OPIR? - YouTube
    • Its day 152 this is part 4 you probably can't see it
    • But it's actually snowing here on the first day of spring here in Washington DC
    • Of course last night some people say Tucker was making fun of me, we don't know
    • But they were talking about the Rothschild you can see maybe the snowflakes bouncing off my hand here, that the Rothschilds have weather machine here in DC
    • Anyway this supposedly this City Councilman--I don't know if you could see that or not--the City Councilman was saying somehow the Rothschilds were controlling the weather
    • And I don't know if it was a spoof on me or not
    • But I will say this we did point out that there was a Suzanne Rothschild in Aurora Colorado that was involved with a company for overhead persistent inter infrared radar, which is very helpful if you have a seismic event
    • You can see the escaping gases, and it helps you find out where there's gas and oil
    • Rothchilds being involved in oil
    • But if you haven't seen the segment Tucker says that's my city councilman--
    • And he calls this Mark Stein guy who occasionally comments
    • And I don't know if it sees English or Australian or whatever
    • But he goes oh yes taka taka of course that's when they were short on cash in 29 they bought the weather machine teka it's really a Jewish conspiracy
    • It's gefelte fish they're cornering the market
    • Anyway it was one of those moments where you go back for the rest of your life you'll go back thousands and thousands of times you'll watch that segment between Tucker and Mark Steyn, which brings us back to us which is we just put out the facts
    • Hey Suzanne Rothschilds involved in a satellite company in Aurora Colorado overhead persistent internet infrared radar which sees through clouds like we have today
    • I'm not saying there's a Rothschild weather machine
    • But I am saying there is a Suzanne Rothschild involved in overhead persistent infrared radar in Aurora Colorado
  • Day 152.5. Rothschild Weather Machines Aren’t Cheap - YouTube
    • It's day 152 this is part five I think you can
    • Now, see that the rothschild weather machine is working
    • As investors we're very happy.
    • This has worked out well for us
    • It's it's a culmination of a long dream
    • And this doesn't happen just by itself you have to have dedicated professionals
    • People who really come to work every day with one intent in mind
    • And that is to make it snow on the first day of spring
    • {{ 911: so funny George }}
  • Day 153.1 Q Posts MZ and RT - Is That MBZ and RT? - YouTube
    • Ok it's Day 153
    • And I just saw this post from Q I don't usually talk about Q very often
    • But I saw this MZ and RT
    • And I immediately thought of MBZ Mercedes Benz who's the weapons minister for UAE and Rex Tillerson
    • And leaving the phones at the door usually means you're going into a SCIF
    • And there's a lots of people eight people
    • Usually political people being normally the Intelligence Committee--the gang of eight
    • Or four or five people usually
    • Dianne Feinstein would be on one side from the Senate, Schumer
    • From the house side you'd have Schiff and you'd also have Devin Nunes, that sort of thing
    • Former Intel director could be like a Rogers from NSA or one of the other ones like NGA or NRO or it could be Clapper
    • But for me IDEN has always been a mixture of radio like push-to-talk type radio and then phone
    • And for those not familiar with it, I can I can talk about that later
    • But here is just ID
    • And here's some of the items owns that it's kind of both a phone and a radio
    • What you can do is trunk the radio traffic, so I can talk from here in Washington DC somebody in Pakistan on the on the Kashmir border
    • And most of the traffic goes through a line all the way around the world
    • And then the radio frequency is only done by a repeater here at the very end to my little network of drug traffickers or Saipov truckers to drive in Uranium around
    • So here's here's just the feature called moto talk it's a part of Motorola Iden
    • And there's lots of different satellite networks to choose from
    • But this one here's international satellite services--it's almost Isis--or right out they don't even hide it
    • And if you're running this stuff from Mike the Navy Yard--
    • This was interesting because I always look to the Navy in these situations
    • Anyway Richard Spencer is the current Secretary of the Navy, right here. Born in Wyoming
    • But I looked at this previous guy, who was kind of like a old Clinton
    • He was a governor of Mississippi
    • But then he became started running Navy during Barack Obama's time
    • And I think Mabus here is going to become more a part of our story in terms of running this communications network that we're talking about
    • He was on it was on his watch where we had the shooting in 2013 at the Navy Yard
    • So we'll just put Mabus in the background here
  • Day 153.2 Drug For Weapons UAE Hates Above Board Trump - YouTube
    • It's Day 153 this is part two
    • And as I explained in my last video this MBZ guy is the kind of weapons minister for UAE
    • He's been selling containerized weapon systems through the port of Canaveral in Florida
    • This is the [[Project Pelican]]
    • So I have a container I have a guy here with a containerized weapons business out of the port of canaveral we know that
    • So where does he do his deals?
    • Well he doesn't in Las Vegas
    • Here's his ambassador right here doing Dumbo drops of girls doing drugs for weapons deals in Las Vegas at the hotel on the 37th floor of the Four Seasons
    • So I just see that as drugs for weapon structure weapons drugs for weapons
    • And then I look at it again, and I say drugs for weapons
    • So how does it get from China Lake how do the weapons
    • And drugs move around I would use an algorithm a secure crypt cryptographic algorithm to do that
    • I would use the Tao tailored access unit inside of our NSA to do those communications
    • I would have like a Mike Rogers or somebody help manage to that communications
    • And I would use the China Lake
    • And over here I would use this missile right here or something like that accoutrements of this missile
    • There's all kinds of things that they in weapons testing that they have
    • Energetics forms test platforms test apparatus there's all kinds of things going back
    • And forth between NAVAIR where this stuff is tested
    • And the firing ranges...so you can have constant traffic
    • And just in dealing with the folks at NAVSEA at NAVAIR
    • I can just tell you this is where the it's always where the darkest weapons are is where the drugs are
    • I don't know why that is
    • But it just is Dow And DuPont Dow DuPont Dow and DuPont
    • And again, how does Martin Rashad Amad Moore Butler whoever else get to run this thing with no experience--
    • I'm not saying he's involved in the drugs for weapons drugs for weapons drugs for weapons
    • But I am saying: how does a guy like that has no military experience, end up running this a huge program for NAVAIR?
    • There's going to be a similar person NAVSEA
    • So again, here's a person Trump is at the White House today talking about an eight hundred billion dollar deal today with Saudi Arabia for weapons
    • And saying we're not going to do Isis weapons anymore
    • That's directly goring this guy's ox--MBZ's ox is getting gored
    • If you were Nancy Pelosi or if you were Feinstein, wouldn't you call MBZ up and say, "hey let's get over there to the White House and talk to our people, get Trump to reconsider, and cut us back into this business"
    • If Trump closes down the golf teen or business and the Gulftainer report: there goes all a Club K business
    • He closes this down and he closes down that secured algorithm for our communications for Navy, and we're totally cut out of the business
    • So again, I go with Braverman saying "follow the money"
    • Don't follow people who
    • Q to me is somebody who runs the ball toward the goal line when he gets about of the 20-yard line he runs into the hotdog stand
    • He's what they call a white rabbit in the Intelligence business
    • I'm not saying it's Steve Pieczenik, I didn't I never said it was Steve Pieczenik
    • But I'm just saying that's Steve Pieczenik's MO as well, is run to the 20-yard line., all the fans are cheering, and then you run out of the stadium and you go get a hot dog
    • And you keep doing that over and over to divert people away from the truth here, which is:
    • MBZ was shipping weapons to Isis for our Secretary of the Navy--The guy I just talked to that Mohar guy--and Hillary
    • That's just the bottom line that's the honest truth
    • And everything that you've collected in terms of data tells you that
    • But for some reason people want to follow Q, and think it's Mark Zuckerberg
    • And when they drop the price of Facebook, they're just gonna sell short and buy it when it gets to the bottom
    • This is where the action is the king of Saudi or the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia was in Oval Office today, talking about above the board's weapons business
    • Below the board's weapons business guys don't like that. Period
  • Day 153.3 Follow The S, Not the Q or the Z - YouTube
    • It's day 153 this is part three
    • And this morning's post I had the temerity to say MZ is not Mark Zuckerberg it's actually MBZ the key weapons buyer for UAE
    • And remember UAE is a funnel for all sorts of rogue nations, all over the world to buy weapons and as well as nuclear materials
    • So Pakistan and UAE really kind of one side of each is a different side of the same coin as far as nuclear materials from Pakistan, weapons from UAE
    • Encouraging states all over Africa, and the Middle East, Central Asia, to raise opium to pay for these weapons war trafficked in women
    • And sometimes even children to pay for that
    • And unfortunately now, more recently, unused organs that are no longer needed by prisoners
    • So this whole DynCorp kind of bouches down in the depths of bouches
    • Here's Rex Tillerson meeting with MBZ not that long ago in November 2016 right before Donald Trump takes office
    • A lot of folks think that at this conference here in Abu Dhabi that Tillerson had been the Shadow Secretary of State the last four years
    • So while Rex Tillerson was nominally the Secretary of State, we won't know until we actually see the Blackberries, see all the messages
    • But I really was encouraged when I saw this thing that Jason did with Dr. Corsi and Charles Ortel
    • Charles Ortel is an expert in this area
    • He knows this Saudi royal family he knows Trump is playing it above board with the Saudi royal family
    • Jason's done some excellent work on this Vegas stuff--that the whole place where all these deals are happening
    • All this drugs for weapons deals are happening
    • So it's it's, and Dr. Corsi has done a lot of great investigative work
    • And what I love about Dr. Corsi
    • He just comes in and just does a comprehensive a-to-z
    • I remember this when we were doing that the DNC--hack versus leak thing when I was sitting in the exact same chair that Charles is sitting in there in Dr.Corsi's library
    • And it's just so much less than I have to prove, when he comes in like this with this book that he has, "killing the deep state"
    • It's just such a beautiful it's like all that I don't have to worry about
    • Now, I can go to the edge, and thank you Dr. Corsi for such a beautiful thing
    • You haven't seen this thing it's two hours long
    • And it's good all the way at 57 minutes Charles mentions his knowledge of the royal family at about a minute 13 Charles she's me Dr. Corsi starts talking about some of the propaganda techniques
    • And the history and background of Muller
    • Now, he did duck this question about SES from Jason
    • Jason asked a very good question, he was kind of following up from Field McConnel
    • And what I've always said here is
    • And just an excellent interview question by Jason
    • There's this core, there's this DoD core that's been put in place to George Bush put that core in place at SES, which I call the SS?
    • Did George Bush push the SS inside the SES?
    • Create the SES for that exact reason, to kind of take over government with a DOD anointed core, rather than having general government servants come up through the ranks?
    • Well I think he did
    • And I think it's been that way since the very inception
    • And especially a DOJ, DoD, and DHS
    • So I want to keep concentrating there
    • So what's great about this interview...is now, I can go straight at that core
    • And so much of this stuff doesn't need to be proven
    • So get this book I recommend this book that's "killing the deep state" book by Dr. Corsi
    • Remember Q isn't talking to outsiders
    • He's talking to insiders he's talking to insiders that have seen messages going back and forth between Tillerson and somebody named MZ
    • Everyone is trying to get people to think MZ a Zuckerberg
    • MZ is MBZ you're the
    • What Q is trying to do is influence people who are insiders not outsiders
    • They're trying to get people who have seen the Intelligence
    • But haven't quite put all the Intelligence together on the inside, who've seen the messages that MZ is Zuckerberg not MBZ
  • Day 153.4 Trump Choosing MBS Over MBZ, More ShareBlue Projection - YouTube
    • It's day 153 this is part 4
    • And I'm going to make this experience clear as I possibly can
    • It's a decision between MBS here, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, versus MBZ, one of the Seven Dwarves of the UAE
    • This being the biggest dwarf here MBZ
    • So it's MBS Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia
    • Or MBZ Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi
    • That's the choice here
    • The choice in the transaction is an aboveboard transaction you're being shown by the president an aboveboard transaction for both weapons systems here and other investments
    • One is a blue board
    • One's a yellow board
    • You're seeing the transaction right in front of your face right in front of your eyes right
    • Versus this meeting which is two days before the election with Rex Tillerson and MBZ
    • A covert cover for what the hell do we do if Trump wins this thing?
    • What do we do with our covert weapons business or our oil for weapons business?
    • And our drug for weapons business?
    • What the hell do we do?
    • Well we'll make you Secretary of State, you can just run underneath
    • Well that worked for about a year maybe a year and a half everything else
    • Mark Zuckerberg being brought in from the shadows...Cambridge Analytica
    • Cambridge Analytica Oh has been they try to make it into a English company
    • And I guess it is in some way
    • But here again, Andrew Thierrault the whole deep-dive crew at Share Blue are all the nuts and bolts of this
    • This is all Obama for America
    • Cambridge Analytica is all Obama for America
    • All deep dive targeting
    • This is what I sold four years ad-targeting profiles...
    • If you're gonna try to accuse Trump of... if Cambridge Analytica scraped 47 million profiles, you're gonna try to say that's what won Trump the election?
    • It's just yet another attempt at accusing Trump of something that you did!
    • They're just going down every crime committed they committed and accusing Trump of it
    • Cambridge Analytica is Obama's company
    • It's not Trump's company!
    • They probably spent--Dan Scavino probably spent about 300,000 bucks with with Facebook in Cambridge Analytica
    • They probably spent a lot more than that with Facebook directly
    • But Cambridge Analytica is the one that's great the profiles not Trump
  • Day 153.5. Overhead Persistent Infrared Radar - Wishing You Well - YouTube
    • Day 153 this is part five
    • Everyone here at overhead persistent radar, everyone,
    • I speak I think I speak for the OL the whole overhead persistent radar family, when we wish you a Merry Christmas
    • OH first day of spring oh sorry I got it
    • Yeah everyone here at overhead persistent radar imaging wants to wish you a very Merry Spring
    • Now, we do a lot of weapons testing in the China China China Lake area
    • And what happens is gaseous--trapped in our Earth's crust will be released
    • And we have overhead persistent radar
    • We can see that from satellite, even on cloudy days like today
    • We can find help you find the oil that you've been looking for on your land
    • Are you a farmer who's coveted the land of another farmer or are you a BLM representative who wants to retire by taking some farmers land or for some ranchers land
    • We can help you do that as well
    • If you're inside SES we have several partnership programs that are available to easily take whatever land we come up with with our US Geological Survey information or our NOAA survey information
    • We only ask a small percentage here at Rothschild overhead persistent radar we bring you the latest in technological breakthroughs to get YOU the results YOU want as far as taking land and ranches in the West
  • Day 153.6. Is Susan Rothschild On NOAA Staff? - YouTube
    • It's day 153 as we're plowing snow here
    • A lot of people have contacted me very very disappointed that I was kidding about Rothschild weather machinery, weather stock
    • And I know how disappointing that is to many people
    • But if I was in business, let's say I was in business in Aurora, Colorado, for doing let's say overhead persistent OPI our OPI our IRS infrared overhead persistent
    • OPIR radar is all that it's there all the time
    • And it's our number one nation's defense against missile launches
    • And it's run out of Buckley, Colorado
    • The four hundred and sixtieth a winged space war wing runs that right
    • As a matter of fact in that six square miles at Buckley, Aurora, Colorado
    • Or if you're named Suzanne Rothschild and you have a company there for OPIR--both of them work
    • But they run all the reserve training, all reserve training for OPIR which is kind of neat
    • So here we go, satellite makes a pass, the satellite makes a pass just like the plow just made a pass
    • And that detects heat events all along the swath
    • If you have a constellation of those, you have a constellation of those plowing the sky, you're going to get a map
    • A heat map of the entire world, especially in the western United States of any heat events
    • And this is very precise radar
    • We're talking about a telescope the size of a bus, with the precision of the pin of a head from twenty three thousand miles away in the Geo belt
    • So we're not talking about inaccurate systems here
    • That's just from satellite here comes that satellite again
    • We just detected heat events
    • Now, we can do that from planes, helicopters, so if we bring people into Buckley and do training missions, we can detect heat events there
    • If we coordinate that with our testing of explosives heat events like escaping hot gases from our Earth's crust, let's just pretend that lawyer below there is his crest
    • Now, we can see the black
    • The black is the gold
    • That's the oil that's the gas where there's oil there's gas trapped
    • we're just gonna take off that top layer with our explosion here it comes again
    • (this is kind of exciting actually)
    • OPIR there you have it
    • So that's how how its works
    • Now, why is Susanne Rothschild there?
    • Well you can also use this in mining oil gas and mining
    • Because once you go down and drill for where the gas heat is coming out, you find oil
    • But you also find minerals it's gonna take a tunnel
    • You may as well dig a tunnel and find it all
    • As a matter of fact you may want to dig a tunnel from here to there for some other reason
    • And just take all the stuff that you find along the way have somebody else pay for the building of the tunnel
    • So you might want to do a big train in from let's say San Francisco to Los Angeles with lots and lots and lots of tunnels
    • I'm not saying that's what's happening, but here it is
    • Just taking that top layer off, so you can see those heat events
    • I'm not saying that the weapons testing in New Mexico at Sandia lab would be exactly the perfect for this type of remote-sensing testing
    • I'm not saying that
    • I'm not saying China China China Lake is the place for that
    • I'm not saying different military bases all over the West would be perfect for doing that sort of testing, in order to take farmers, and ranchers land
    • I'm not saying that at all
    • But I'm saying if you were the wrongheaded type of person, you could do that
    • You could create a hoax weather event here and a hoax weather machine over here, while you're taking land and farms land over there with your sweeps
    • Just think OPIR
  • Day 153.7 More Drill Down on SES - What Border? - YouTube
    • It's day 153 this is part six
    • And somebody asked me if this Yaeger this gentleman here this Yaeger here the director of strategy twenty years in the Navy...working in Homeland Security office in the Inspector General William Yaeger
    • Now, we know John Rafi Inspector General what DHS's is gone
    • So this is a sub department here at training and workforce
    • So this is William Yaeger are they executive service
    • Are they Senior Executive Service or not? And he's not
    • But I did find another one I went and just searched on Yaeger you just go to this plum book he just googled plumb book 2016
    • And then you got a hit down here on Michael J Yeager at Customs and Border Protection
    • So you have to do in this situation is just go dow and look at the resume
    • He's about ten years younger than I am he's about 47 46 maybe
    • He went to law school here at College Park Maryland here at University of Maryland
    • Drilling down a little bit here you find out he's at border pathways government solutions here in Washington DC
    • Now, it was at US Customs and Border Protection
    • But was that on the wall was that on the wall or was that at any of our major ports?
    • No it was actually as a office of Congressional affairs which means you basically meet with Congressmen to try to get immigration money and immigration testing
    • He spent a little bit of time in private while while Hillary was kind of sewing, getting ready for the 2008 campaign
    • But before that again, he was a democratic deputy chief counsel
    • So he's over at kind of the one of the probably this the Cannon office building working at the committee for government and Reform and oversight
    • Again, all the way back to the Clinton administration
    • Again, lawyers hands here at Capitol Hill not spending a lot of time at the border
    • Now, he would have gone from this political job to an appointment at a very young age, here to be in this US Customs and Border Protection
    • And again, he is in the senior executive service
    • This is exactly the thing I'm talking about, where you've kind of got--I don't want to say soft--lily palmed lawyers--in the role that traditionally would be somebody who's had thirty years experience on the border, seen it all, done it all, done a lot of--aerial reconnaissance surveillance, marine reconnaissance, been on a lot of Coast Guard cutters, been on the doing the night-vision stuff on the border, and shot at a couple of times, been in a few fights--gone into the barrios...and had to fish people out that were murderers...
    • That's the kind of guy I want running a Customs and Border Protection
    • Not someone who is kind of gland glad-handing politicians and taking them over to the Capital Grille
    • Not that there isn't a use for that
    • I just don't think the Senior Executive Service is the place for that
  • Day 153.9. Mr Rosenstein, Tear Down This Wall. Of. Paper - YouTube
    • It's Day 153 I think this is part eight
    • The Rothschild weather machine stock is is out of control
    • People are dumping their Bitcoin
    • They're coming along at these pay stations, where firemen with boots
    • They're throwing their Bitcoin in, they're taking out handfulls of Rothschild Weather Machine [Stock]
    • So get it out of it while it lasts--I don't know if it's gonna last much longer
    • But anyway on to other topics--a lot of is being said about this congratulatory phone call that Trump gave to Putin
    • Don't you realize, Mr. Trump, that democracy was in the balance
    • Cambridge Analytica has 50 million Facebook profiles--we had these Russian insurgents all over all of our elections 2014 2015 2016
    • They injected themselves in all these state races
    • They caused panics
    • They caused a chemical plume attack in Louisiana
    • A race riot murder in in Atlanta
    • They caused a Ebola scare
    • I mean democracy hung in the balance
    • We were on the precipice
    • Don't you realize Mr. president get a grip Mr. president
    • Don't you realize we shouldn't be congratulating Putin
    • He almost destroyed our country!
    • Well if that's the case, then Mr. Rosenstein
    • Mr. Mueller
    • Mr. McCabe
    • Mr. Comey
    • Publish publish publish the modus operandi published a modus operandi of these terrible operatives this Krylova and this Bogacheva
    • Let not another day go forth where Krylova's little cryogenic little machinations in America go on unshown, show light, cast a great light upon that evil
    • Cast great light upon Bogacheva's manipulations--her boggedness her boggedness Miss Bogacheva's Boggedness
    • Another day must not go by
    • Publish her expense reports
    • Just publish one document, published Bogacheva and Krylova's expense report--
    • [It] Says every city they went to
    • Says everything they did
    • Why don't you actually show the detailed indictment of what they actually did in each State, for each election where they visited--all their different hotel itineraries that you want they went to
    • Publish that for the American people, so our democracy doesn't come under asunder
    • Doesn't come under this kind of assault again
    • We must fight for our democracy Mr. Rosenstein, we must fight for it mister I almost said Rothschild {{ LAUGH }}
    • Mr. Mueller, Mr. McCabe, Mr. Comey {{ LAUGH }}
    • Now's the time: publish the expense reports, strike down--take a strike a blow at this this {{ LAUGH }} Russian interference
  • Say 153.10 Jared Kushner. - YouTube
    • This is Day 153 I guess part 10
    • Welcome to the Rothschild weather machine, I guess
    • Iggy Azalea told me not to make this video
    • So Jared Kushner
    • I look at him as a person who's putting all of his personal wealth on the line for Israel
    • I know Americans don't see it this way
    • I know Americans say "Oh Israel is somehow controlling or whatever"
    • But if you're from Israel, I think you see it very differently
    • You see seven nations, totally surrounding you, saying that they're going to kill you
    • And I see a person in New York, who could say, "oh that's not my problem: I'm rich. I've got millions of dollars"
    • But he decided, no that's that's not going to be somebody else's problem
    • That's going to be my problem
    • And if Mueller wants to entrap Jared for being a brave person, representing one of the countries he has a strong affinity for, then that's the way it's going to be
    • But I don't I just think that's a very poor angle of attack for the Mueller offensive team
    • {{ 911: No it's great, because now we can paint Mueller as an antiSemite, and if Antifa supports antisemites, then we can definitively say the Left are Nazis and we can then have a right wing revenge motive to stand up to them FINALLY. I know that's political. And Shitty. But we're in the midst of 'worldview warfare'. But you're 100% right about Israel. People (civilians) are generally good all over the world, and it's psychopathic leaders that embroil them in conflict with each other thru psychological abuse and abuse networks of power--that ends now. }}
